NEWTON discreetly moving over the talent at live broadcast

For the broadcast of the Academy Awards in February 2019, RailCam Robotic Systems and Rail & Tracking Systems were assigned to produce special camera angles. A winch dolly was rigged above the stage, moving down to produce close up shots of the ceremony and quickly up again to stay out of sight for the other cameras. To make this camera agile but discreet, a NEWTON stabilized head was used, broadcasting the glamour live to the world. 2 remote controlled DSLR cameras were also mounted on the same dolly for stills from these unique angles.
